I love American Dad! Much more than Family Guy. Because Stan isn't just a brainless, flabby stump (Peter, sorry, no offense, but it's true), he's a pretty tough CIA guy, with his eternally 'only right' way of looking at things.

He's always trying to make him, and only him first, feel comfortable. Not giving a damn about anyone else. Selfish? Naturally, more than that!
